Mother's Day Special
If
I had to define the term Mother then
it would go like this, “Such a unique and greatest creation by Him and the
greatest gifts to all mankind is Mother.”
Mother is a friend in need, is an inspiration to their children, and also a philosopher.
Mother’s love towards their child is so divine and pure that no other love can
compete with Mother’s love. Mother’s Day is celebrated only once a year which
falls on 9th May. So, I would like to tell all the people that, in
the very day, let your heart do the talking and speak it out.
So, this very day, I would like to speak my heart out.
Every mother sacrifices their own happiness to put their child’s happiness
before anything else. I totally agree with this point. My mum has made many
sacrifices just for the sake of my happiness. She has given me unconditional
love which, I guess, I can never repay back. She has been there for me in every
step of my life. She has supported me, helped me in every way she could. She
has encouraged me to stand back up during my failures. I remember the day when
I was child that my mum used to drop and pick me up from the school. And my
grandma said that I was so stubborn that I usually did not go to school without
my bicycle. And my mum used to carry the bicycle in one hand and she used to
carry tiffin box in the other hand. And when I was in a mood to ride it, I
would sit on the bicycle and my mum used to drag me to the school. Then, she
used to go to her work. And at evening, she used to pick me up. And most of the
time, I used to stay hungry. As far as I remember, I did not like my school’s
food. So, I used to wait for my mum to pick me up and then, we used to eat on
the way home. And again, she used to drag the bicycle and carry the tiffin box.
And it had become a daily routine for my mum. And I remember that I used to
become sick very often during my childhood. Once, I suffered from high fever
along with vomiting and headache. It was so severe that I was unable to move
from my bed for a week. Then, my mum looked after me every now and then. She
was worried sick about me. She used to stay by my side every now and then for a
week. Well, that day, I realized something big. We are part of our mother’s
soul and mothers live in every breath we take. Without us, there’s no soul left
in the body and without mother there’s no life at all. Either way, our life
will be empty.
But most of the people don’t understand the pure love of
one’s mother. They don’t respect their mother. They hesitate to take their mum
to walk because they are old whereas their mum always used to take their child
for a walk. They don’t even have time to talk with their mum or have a good
conversation with their mum. Instead, they talk back to their mum; they shout
at them, some even beat their mum. These are the problems of many Nepalese
youths. But, their mum never feels ashamed of these things. As Mother’s Day is celebrated only once a
year, many people buy expensive gifts like jewelry, rings, handbags, etc. and
gift them to their mum. But they still don’t have time to talk with their mum.
Many Nepalese people are following this but some are not like this. So, fellow
friends, this year, you don’t have gift your mother expensive gifts. Instead,
you can make time to talk to your mother, or you can take them for a walk, or
you can even make dinner by yourself and treat mother this year. This way, they
will be happy and you will feel happy.
Every word runs short to describe the term Mother. So, friends, love your mother,
care them, give affection and make them happy as they did it for you in your
childhood. Because you will never get another chance to repay back what they
give to you. And I would like to wish all the mothers a very “Happy Mother’s
Day”.
