S-Still Searching……..

What am I searching....??!!
I write, I don’t like it, and then I erase it all. And again, I write something, but it doesn’t seem to connect, so I erase it again. I have been doing the same thing over and over again… oh god, help me..!! But, my brain (The General) is pushing every bit of thought, idea, questions I have out of its door and into my hands (The Workers) to actually write something, but as I have been a couch-potato lately, the workers don’t seem to connect with my the General’s thoughts. I really don’t know how to put it, but lately, I have been searching something. Like, umm-umm, talent, or-or search for oneself, or inner-peace (inner-peace? yeah, a good one), or substantive personal growth maybe. I mean, simply, what am I good at? And I believe I am not the only one in search for lifelong treasure (at least, that’s what I think).

We are human beings, and we can’t stay put, or we are not satisfied by the same thing. We need changes, we desire for something new every time. That’s just human nature. Likewise, I, too have a very wide range of interest like every teenager do, like music, travelling, reading, dancing, trying new delicacies, sports, photography, art, games, anime, hanging, chilling, loafing around a bit. Yeah, that may sum it up. But the point is, what am I good at, in the above mentioned. The famous quote “Jack of all trades, master of none” really connects here.


I know that education should be the first priority, I follow that. But, we cannot all be Albert Einstein. Neither can we be Michael Jackson (A legend, huge respect). Nor can we be Hayao Miyazaki. Nor can we be The Beatles. But we can always try and search for oneself. So, lately, The General and I have been having a great discussion. But I think knowing a little of everything can be better than being an expert in one set of skill. Arggh, The General is picking a fight with me again.., picking on my skills & knowledge of photography and anime, which is a topic for another day.

Young and Dumb!?!

“‘ We were once young and dumb.’ It has become such a cliché that people tend to visualize them synonymous to each other. Sure, back in the days, I was young and dumb, but, that trait led me to various adventures and experiences. I have travelled across the land, narrow and wide, climbed my way up to some ferocious mountains, sailed across the dark deep sea, even jumped into it. I have travelled to many foreign lands, witnessing first-hand their indigenous culture and tradition, and spoke many tongues. I watched their devotion and practices in the name of their God.
